Regional Head

The objective of this position is to perform as the business leader of the designated region including all areas of the region.

He shall be responsible for the strategy, business development and profit & loss of all AFAQ offerings in his region.

The Regional Head shall play the role of bridge between the Zonal Management and Product Management in his region.

The Regional Head shall be the ambassador of AFAQ in the Region.

He shall be responsible for budget monitoring and ensuring achievement of all strategic and financial goals of all products in his region.

He will also resolve possible conflicts between and within cross-functional teams in the region.

He shall be responsible for personal and professional development of all employees in the Region.

He shall ensure to protect the intellectual property of AFAQ products and services and escalate any infringement to Zonal Management as well as Headquarters in a proper and timely manner.

He shall ensure compliance with all governmental laws and company policies in all activities within his region.
