Network Assistant

Job Description

Responsible to manage the Institute’s internal network and internet systems to provide a stable working environment for the office and IT help desk.

Maintain proper Internet either wired or wireless throughout the Institute.

Computer Virus detection and Removal.

Assist in implementing firewalls and security devices to ensure network security.

Maintain backups of all data.

Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems

Configuring/trouble shooting hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or switches, and providing daily support for computer network users.

Responsible for IT procurement.
