Job Description

• Responsible to manage the Institute’s internal network and internet systems to provide a stable working environment for the office and IT help desk.
• Maintain proper Internet either wired or wireless throughout the Institute.
• Computer Virus detection and Removal.
• Assist in implementing firewalls and security devices to ensure network security.
• Maintain backups of all data.
• Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems
• Configuring/trouble shooting hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or switches, and providing daily support for computer network users.
• Responsible for IT procurement.
