Customer Support Executive

Meet and greet customers and provide them updated information.

Responsible for answering the queries of visiting clients.

Exceptional ability to plan and operate daily operations of the customer support department including general queries.

Manage database of customers with complete accuracy.

Prioritized customer's requests and resolve all requests as per SOPs.

Prepare customer correspondence and update customer files.

Generate ideas to resolve customer problems in a better way.
