Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and assess incoming claims to determine completeness and accuracy.
Verify policy coverage and ensure claims compliance with established guidelines.
Collaborate with relevant parties to gather necessary documentation and information.
Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files, ensuring all relevant documents are properly recorded.
Input and update claim information in the company's database or claims management system.
Provide regular updates to claimants on the status of their claims and address inquiries.
Conduct initial investigations into the validity of claims, working closely with investigators or other specialists when necessary.
Analyze claim data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
Facilitate the resolution of disputed or complex claims by working with relevant parties to reach fair and equitable settlements.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to claims processing.
Generate reports on claims activities, trends, and performance metrics as needed.
Qualification:
Education: B.Com/BBA or related field.
Proven experience in claims coordination or a similar role.
Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
