Management Trainee Officer - Supply Chain

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to inventory levels, demand forecasting, and other key supply chain metrics.

Support the monitoring and management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.

Ensure accuracy and timely processing to maintain a smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.

Contribute to the management of relationships with suppliers, including communication, performance tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Assist in coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Assist in maintaining accurate documentation related to shipments, inventory levels, and other supply chain activities. Generate regular reports for analysis and decision-making.

Collaborate with various departments such as procurement, production, and quality control to ensure effective communication and coordination across the supply chain.

Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance knowledge of supply chain principles and gain exposure to industry best practices.
