Responsibilities:
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with the company's guidelines and local labor laws.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software and systems, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient HR management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve employee concerns.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR processes.
