Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. You

will be an ambassador of our company/brand, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy.

Position Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well

as those set-in place by the company

2. Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions

as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory

3. Frequent travel to customer locations and events within the territory, 50% minimum travel

4. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects

into customers

5. Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate

sales and provide excellent customer service

6. Submit reports on your sales activity regularly to the management and maintain clean and

updated records for all leads and customers

7. Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate

representation of the company to all potential and current customers

8. Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth

9. Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain

receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting

10. Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different

requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, must have outside sales

2. Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time

3. Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software

4. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

5. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

6. Strong organizational skills.
