eCommerce Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Executive to lead our online/eCommerce sales teams. This is a USA-based business in print media advertising industry. The candidate must have well-rounded experience in managing eCommerce businesses, leading sales/order entry teams and extending customer support to the US-based clients.

Thorough understanding of full online sales-cycle including: order processing, shipping, invoicing/payments and customer support. Knowledge of print media, advertising and graphic designing will be a big plus.

This position will plan and organize teams, set targets, assign tasks, monitor work performance and deliver on tight deadlines. A major part of the work will involve telephonic communication with US-based customers to understand their requirements and respond to their queries.

Core Skills:  Excellent computer skills particularly in MS Excel. Advanced spoken and written English skills. Customer care and support.
