Responsible for all matters of employees regarding to PESSI.

Maintain and update records of workers and their dependents on the PESSI Portal.

Preparation, cancellation, and entry in Medical Cards (R-5) of employees.

Preparation of accident reports occurred in the factory area.

To complete and forward the Hajj applications through PESSI.

To revalidate Medical Cards every year from PESSI.

Process monthly EOBI contributions as per the EOBI facilitation system.

To prepare documents for old age pension/grant/widow pension, pension transfer cases, etc.

To process and forward Talent Scholarship forms of employees and their children.

To process claims of marriage and death grants.

Online upload of the scholarship, marriage grant, and death grant cases after verification.

To process hajj applications through the Workers Welfare Board.

To process the admission of employees' children in Worker Welfare School.
