Yarn Incharge

• Responsible for complete inventory management of Yarn.

• Ensure the accuracy of physical and system inventory.

• Responsible for stock receiving and issuance as per company’s protocol and make sure it's complete documentation.

• Daily prepare yarn stock report including issuance and receiving from productions, dying, rewinding conversion and others.

• Responsible for making the warping plan.

• Responsible for all the sizing of the program.

• Make sure that the correct yarn is available in the weaving shed.

• Responsible for the incoming beam quality and also check the quality reports prepared by the department.

• Conduct proper inspection of the yarn on receiving including Weight, Count, CLSP.

• Conduct fabric inspection on the loom and take corrective measures if required.

• Discuss the loom plan with the concerned departments including the General Manager, Mill Manager, Production, PPC, drawing, and quality departments.

• Maintain complete yarn ledger according to PO and quality.
