Logistics Officer
Responsibilities
- Keep in close touch with all the drivers and 2nd drivers to assess their presence on the vehicles everyday
- Keep drivers attendance record and leave record uptodate everyday
- Keep in close touch with the drivers' monitors to communicate and discuss every driver's performance
- Check and update vehicles locations thrice a day and prepare list of vehicles awaiting load and awaiting decanting as per their arrival time
- Share the number of vehicles awaiting loading and obtain the orders from head office
- Prepare daily alerts report and daily reports on drivers performance
- Remain well versed with all the relevant SOPs and ensure smooth fleet operations
- Be ready to undertake any other task assigned by the management
