DTV Team Leader

Shelby BPO is an outbound contact center providing world-class integrated customer contact solutions primarily to the sales industry.

We are looking for experienced candidates for our projects Dtv/Atnt

Requirements :

Coach and train the new as well as the existing sales team

Motivate the team to achieve individual and Team targets assigned.

Exhibit excellent motivational skills to facilitate the team and the Manager to carry out the routine tasks

Assist the Project Manager in working on his assigned tasks and responsible for creating and maintaining the Daily Performance Report

Help and mentor the team members to achieve their assigned daily/weekly/monthly goals.

Ability to coach and impart knowledge

Effective Communication Skills

Excellent Selling Skills.

Ability to effectively manage a team.

Ability to work night shifts
