Sales Officer with two more years association and completing the laid down promotion criteria of Sales Manager are upgraded as Sales Managers.

Sales Manager with three more years association and completing the laid down promotion criteria of Area Manager is upgraded as Area Manager. Area Manager is equal to the 18th Grade government employee, he gets fixed sales and all the benefits which are getting by any other government employee of 18th Grade.
