Business Development Manager- Lead Generation

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Online Bidding Expert with former experience of bidding for international market mainly US and Canada

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Lead Business Development Team 
•  Specialized in Proposals drafting
•  Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
•  Effictive communication with clients to mature leads
•  Maintain a very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr etc.
•  Improve Company's prog on differnet bidding platforms 
•  Plan and develop new strategies to attract clients and findding new ways to Lead Generations
•  Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
•  Good in to set targets and meet deadlines
