HR Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Co-HR Manager to join our team. This role combines Human Resources management with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in HR or a related field and a strong background in both HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources:

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation for new employees.

Oversee employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives.

Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.

2. Administrative:

Oversee administrative functions such as office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a conducive work environment.

Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives when necessary.

Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for administrative expenses.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring they run smoothly.

Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.

3. Reporting:

Generate HR and administrative reports for management review.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative activities.

Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

A master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
