Recruitment Specialist - Lead Generation

This role involves proactively sourcing and qualifying candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. The specialist will utilize various channels and strategies to engage with potential candidates and ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and talent pools for recruitment purposes.

2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize online platforms, professional networks, and other resources to identify and attract potential candidates for current and future job openings.

3. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate outreach campaigns through emails, phone calls, and social media to establish connections with potential candidates. Tailor messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization and specific job opportunities.

4. Qualification: Conduct preliminary assessments to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications and are aligned with the company's culture and values.

5. Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of potential candidates, including their contact information, skills, and qualifications.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand current and future hiring needs and align lead generation efforts accordingly.

7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, outreach success rates, and other relevant metrics.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation and recruitment. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in lead generation or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.

Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
