Montessori Directress / Teacher

The prospective candidate must possess:

Implement the Montessori method in the classroom to foster independent, self-directed learning in children aged 3-5 years.

Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.

Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities and lessons across various subject areas, including practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, and cultural studies.

Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs and interests.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Montessori certification or experience but not required for fresh graduates.

Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging learning experiences.
