The Position

As our first Learning Content Creator within OPE Group, you will collaborate closely with customer service teams to identify and develop content that effectively helps our customers master our software. You will be responsible for producing this technical content across various formats (articles, videos, presentations, etc.) to accommodate different learning styles.

To be successful in this role, you must have passion for writing, editing and creating educational content, as well as the drive to execute projects from start to finish. You should enjoy working with different teams and juggling multiple projects within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Write or edit technical articles for non-tech-savvy audience

• Produce videos (including script writing, voiceover and editing)

• Refine presentations developed by our internal subject matter experts

• Continuously update and expand our Knowledge Base to ensure its content remains current

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish and monitor content production plan

Job Qualification and Requirements:

· 5+ years of diverse content production experience at a B2B software company

· A self-starter able to work with minimal day-to-day supervision

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

· Ability to put yourself in the shoes of your audience

· Multitasking and time management skills with great attention to detail

· Strong project management skills
