Knowledge Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain and develop CareCloud’s knowledge infrastructure.

Maintain & update our knowledge bases including SharePoint sites and Salesforce Knowledge Campus.

Ensure our knowledge assets are brand compliant, comprehensive, error-free and usable.

Maintain and share best practices across CareCloud offices, teams and groups.

Engage with various stakeholders across product, IT, sales and client support to ensure a comprehensive knowledge base for CareCloud’s product suite.

Disseminate information regarding product enhancement and bug fixes to our clients with comprehensive and useable release notes.

Requirements:

A self-organized and disciplined person with the ability to work with little guidance or direction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across geographies

Strong work ethics, quality focused mindset and attention to detail.

Experience with MS Office Suite & maintaining knowledge sites.

Familiarity with healthcare IT sector, a plus (but not mandatory).
