• · Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• · Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• · Selling of high rise buildings
• · Supervision & co-ordination of marketing and branding activities
• · Research industries, markets, demographics, trends, sales results, and other data
• · Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• · Handling multiple project tasks
• · Maintain and update listings of available properties
• · Generating leads
• · Promote sales through cold calling, social media, advertisements, open houses and listing services
• · Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• · Strong presentation and report writing skills-together with a persuasive personality, not afraid to challenge, debate and influence key decisions
