Warehouse Officer

Job Overview:

• Responsibilities include developing plans to monitor the usage levels of storage, managing warehouse facilities, and reviewing the quality and efficiency of warehouse storage and layout plans. 

Roles And Responsibilities:

•  Responsible to create schedules, monitor stock levels of approved SKUs at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock.
•  Focused on time, making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time, and that there are no shortages on shelves.
•  Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
•  Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
•  Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project Inventory status.
•  Carried out daily reconciliation of stock for avoid inventory discrepancies risk and share report with AM-Operations.
•  Analyze and prepare report slow moving/fast moving SKUs on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and share with AM-Operations. For stock planning.
•  Evaluate and manage warehouse planning, storage, layout and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) plans.
•  Any other task assigned by the AM-Operations.
