Customer Service Executive

To be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept information throughout the complaint process.

To manage the resolution of customer complaints, within given timelines.

Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to the HOD.

Generate all external service calls.

Daily follow-up of all open complaints with complaints department or any other concerned department.

Follow-up of all call center complaints.
