Campus Manager

Lead, manage, develop and motivate the School-based Administration, Academic administrative, faculty, and school support Team in a manner consistent with RIS policies, procedures, culture, rules and strategically develop support, resources, faculty and standards of academic excellence to ensure the adequate provision of academic, administrative and financial support for all region-based initiatives and operations)

Manage day-to-day branch-wide administrative operations in areas such as transportation, logistics, facilities management and maintenance, and security management.

Manage all procurement at the branch and ensure that all inventory is being properly managed.

Oversee & supervise the general housekeeping at the branch.

Overall responsible for general administration, facility management, asset management, procurement, organizational discipline, and maintenance issues. Will also monitor and direct the overall office administration functions, namely office administration, legal, insurance, PR, day to day functions.

The task involves handling daily admissions and admission inquiries and dealing with parents/guardians, visitors, and students daily.

Coordinating among campuses on daily basis, informing headmistresses about any events, notices, new admissions for assessment, dealing and informing Regional Heads on a daily basis and sending updates of admissions weekly to Directors and Head Office.

Dealing with admissions on daily basis. Greet them and make them fill out the Student Registration Form and save the details for further action.

Greeting and entertaining the guests in the admission office with warmth, hospitality and care and dealing with a professional understanding of knowledge on the educational system, faculty, our qualifications and academic resources and teaching methodology. etc

Skills

Strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Accurately record, remember and verbally communicate detailed information.

Assisting in the development and implementation of wider administrative policies within the School.

Well versed with RMS policies both administration and Academics, and standard management practices in RMS. Excellent interpersonal skills/ motivational skills.

Experience of working co-cooperatively and supportively as a member of multidisciplinary team of professionals. Proactive approach with excellent follow up.

Strong verbal and written business correspondence / presentation skills.

Good negotiation skills, analytical skills.

Preparing & analyzing reports and correspondence.

Planning and Crisis Management

Project Management.
