Executive, Microbiology (Food & Beverage)
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Track environmental microbiological development.
- Collect samples variety of locations.
- Be able to handle all microbiological laboratory equipment and the latest test method.
- Observe high health and safety standards.
- Inspect the manufacturing process to check for possible contamination.
- Perform in-process inspection as per PI (Process Instruction) and ensure FIFO policy.
- Maintain all register, document of microbiology test reports and laboratory instruments.
- Maintain and apply at all area FSMS (Food Safety Management system).
- Monitor pest control, Plant & personal hygiene.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemist/ Bio-Chemist, Health Safety and Environment, Microbiology test, Quality - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
