Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all Mechanical maintenance of the plant.
- Prepare maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshot machineries within short time without stopping production.
- Prepare spare part list as per schedule.
- Contact with third party vendor for emergency solution.
- Prepare maintenance check sheet for all machinery.
- Monitor daily production and operation of all machinery run by operator
- Prepare annual maintenance budget for the factory.
- Control process loss and set plan for reducing market return
- Ensure maximum efficiency of current manpower.
- Ensure that staff comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
