Job Responsibilities

• Probing and sample collection
• Melt Flow testing
• Density testing
• Ash testing
• Performs quality checks and resin, additives & other materials identification on inbound materials
• Warehousing of finished product once it has gone through the quality control process
• Live real-time sampling from the production machines
• Dispose of samples and chemicals in an environmentally acceptable manner.
• Ensure compliance to national (BSTI) and international standards (BIS; DN; ASTM and ISO).
• Statistically analyze Quality Test Procedures.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner and practice good housekeeping.
• Provide shift change communication
• Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management"

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Training/Trade Course: Trade Course: Special Training on chemical dealing procedure

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 year(s)
