Manager - Body Preparation (Akij Ceramics Ltd.)
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the Plant head.
- Planning for the upcoming product and prepare sampling with the coordination of related department like Laboratory.
- Monitoring the operations of Ball Mill and Spray Dryer to avoid the problems affecting the quality of the product.
- Check the parameters and desired quantity of raw materials hourly to maintain quality.
- Develop strategy to avoid break downs.
- Check the log book status, monitoring process parameters properly.
- Communicate all other section head for managing and developing working process and achieve target production.
- Manage optimum manpower for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure safety of the people related to the section.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 42 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare operating reports and records.
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
