Assistant Executive/ Executive (Distribution), Bashundhara LP Gas Ltd.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of LPG cylinder and bulk LPG
- Prepare all commercial documents (Invoice, gate pass) as per delivery order in ERP and update all database and excel sheet.
- Prepare delivery report daily, weekly, monthly.
- Planning for scheduling the route load/unloading for multi drop deliveries.
- Liaison with sales department and other stakeholders.
- Good knowledge in SAP software.
- Developing and implement an effective logistics process
- Prepare status of delivered/undelivered products maintaining regular liaison with production dept.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- ERP/ SAP Software knowledge
- Strong Knowledge on MS Office
