Head of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Control, ABGTL (FinTech)
Job Responsibilities
- Will identify source of leakages, risks and perform root cause analysis.
- Will take steps to prevent future revenue leakages through pattern analysis, statistical analysis and data mining to determine potential revenue leakage.
- Will perform Revenue stream analysis through large volume of Data analysis and cost.
- Will perform impact analysis for leakages.
- Will liaise with IT team to develop different reporting to identify root cause of customer disputes and will validate dispute.

- 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- 8 years of experience out of which 5 years + experience in Telco or MFS in Revenue Assurance.
- Efficient and thorough; strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment; firm commitment on quality and excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout an organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a relatively unstructured environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to identify and resolve potential issues problems.
