Senior Officer/Principal Officer

We are seeking for a Senior Officer/Principal Officer/Senior Principal Officer (System Engineer) who will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users and software applications.

Planning and Implementing the System Infrastructure (RHEL, Alma Linux, Suse, Windows - Server 2019-2022)

Configure and implementing VMWare/Others virtualization infrastructure

Configure and maintenance the Active Directory

Configure and maintenance the File Server

Configure and maintenance the Storage Server

Configure and maintenance the Monitoring tools

Day-to-Day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures

Performs complex storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.

Performs complex software and operating system upgrades and track system licensing.

Configures security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.

Troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions.

Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.

To analyze the System Infrastructure information

Monitor the System Infrastructure performance

Provides technical guidance and assistance to other Engineers and Administrators

Any Task assigned by HoD and top management in Ad-Hoc basis.
