Senior SQA Engineer (Principal Officer/Sr. Principal Officer)

Responsibilities & Context

Lead a team of SQA Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction.

Collaborate closely with developers to swiftly identify and report defects within fintech products.

Reporting and Test closure activities.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency, leveraging tools such as Appium, Selenium, Rest Assured, and Postman.

Perform routine Regression Testing, ReTesting, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT.

Formulate comprehensive test plans, meticulously craft test cases, and script test scenarios.

Oversee Test Closure activities, ensuring thorough verification and documentation.

Generate and maintain functional and technical documentation pertinent to fintech products.

Employ performance testing tools like Grafana K6 to validate system performance and scalability.

Utilize JIRA and other bug-tracking tools proficiently to manage defects and issues.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to uphold software testing standards and protocols.

Remain abreast of cutting-edge testing tools, methodologies, and trends within the fintech landscape.

Contribute to review meetings, providing invaluable feedback on software design and functionality vis-à-vis financial services.
