  • Job responsibility: 01
  • 1. Manage the company's assets according to the requirements of the company's system documents.
  • 2. Regularly check inventory of warehouse materials and check the safety of warehouse materials and regularly output warehouse inventory analysis report.
  • 3. Regularly take inventory of the assets of all departments of the company to check the consistency between the systematic accounts of all departments and the actual assets.
  • 4. Regularly conduct cross-departmental asset security patrols to check the company's asset security vulnerabilities and risks.
  • 5. Physically check the production personnel attendance, and verify with HR attendance data and analyze with the standard.
  • 6. On-site supervision of scrap material and scrap material sales, and can detect abnormality in time.
  • 7. Prepare audit report on daily work results.
  • 8. If the relevant work results in an excellent performance, the department can provide better opportunities for promotion.
  • ***Experience in asset management or warehouse management is preferred.
  • ***1-2 years in Inventory/warehouse/assets management.

  • Job responsibility: 02
  • 1. Check and verify all kinds of the bill, voucher, for ensuring the accuracy as well as maintain company rules, control risk.
  • 2. Responsible for the company's contract review and signing, contract follow-up and file arrangement, payment arrangements, and daily reimbursement and payment documents review.
  • 3. Maintain daily work in time and files systematically.
  • 4. Prepare audit report on daily work results.
  • 5. Perform any other tasks assigned by the seniors or management.
  • *** 1-2 years in payment/ reimbursement/ audit, vendor contract, and documentation management will get preference.
