Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the branch operation under standard operating practices.
- Efficiently supervising & coordinating with all department.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring sales & achieving targets.
- Training, developing & evaluating employees.
- Preparing employee work schedules & motivate them to reach sales goals.
- Inventory Management.
- Managing, Accounting & Recording all financial non-financial activities.
- MIS preparation for branch & Management.
