Responsibilities & Context

Verify bills and vouchers for accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Conduct market visits to verify prices, ensuring alignment with predetermined standards.

Conduct periodic branch audits at Bio-Xin Cosmeceutical's locations as per defined Terms of Reference.

Physically verify inventory to reconcile with the records.Identify and report any discrepancies between physical counts and system data.

Identify control gaps and report findings to the Head of Department.

Recommend corrective actions to address reported control gaps.

Prepare daily reports summarizing audit activities and immediate findings.

Compile monthly reports providing comprehensive insights into audit results.

Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and transparency in all reporting processes.
