Responsibilities & Context

Job Location: Shiddeshwari, and Dhaka city

Responsible for setting targets and monitoring achievements of health promoter

Engage with local stakeholders where the centers are located and foster strong long-term relationships

Gain insights by identifying and analyzing market competitive actors' practices

Implement outreach activities like health camps and client engagements campaigns to generate buzz and awareness amongst urban clients

Establish key relationships with local opinion leaders for influence campaigns to build trust and confidence in the health centers

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support,guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
