Job Responsibilities

Develop a strategy for fundraising activities, initiatives and events

Develop fundraising campaigns that support the social objectives of the university

Identify potential donors and understand their areas of interest

Support the needs of donors by providing appropriate stewardship activities

Represent Brac University at various internal and external forums

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree from a reputed University

Additional Requirements

Experience of working to support the needs, interests and stewardship of high-net worth individuals

Experience of building a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality customer service

Well-developed knowledge of best practice in fundraising

Have knowledge of how to leverage the greatest philanthropic potential of a higher education institution

An engaging personality and ability to inspire
