Sr. Executive - Tour Package Consultant

Job Responsibilities

Must be able to run independently the IATA software of Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus and web portal

Must be able to issue, reissue, refund and cancel of any tickets as per the IATA standards independently.

Must be Articulate and Quote the price of the ticket to the customer about the fares, rules, restrictions & instructions

Counseling to clients regarding all types of holidays packages

Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.

Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or suppliers.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate from any recognized Institution.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Travel Agent

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator

Smart and must be Fluent in English

Hotel Management, Airlines, Service Industry and Travel Industry.
