Financial Analyst

Responsibilities & Context

Oversee the development and implementation that assists in enhancing short-range and long -range financial stability of the company.

Capital investment analysis.

Collaborate with the Management on organizational planning and decision-making.

Oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

Prepare Financial Statements and control the overall accounts management of the units.

Ensure compliance with Tax and VAT; Knowledge about ERP Tally.

Check bill/voucher/Requisition/Delivery challan or any others documents; Working with management to plan and build administrative & marketing strategies and execute them in a timely manner.

Details responsibility will be shared in Viva Board.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the owner/controlling authority from time to.

Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting / Finance & Banking.

ACA/ACCA/ACMA degrees will be an added advantage.

Experience

At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

Age at least 30 years

Good command in Excel and ERP process.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 5 years in Business Analyst role (Specially Real Estate or Hospitality Business)
