Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee - Record to Report Specialist (Intercompany)

Record to Report Specialist - Intercompany is responsible for end-to end R2R part of Intercompany process.

Responsibilities

Intercompany - Clearance

. Daily processing of open items on bank statements to ensure they reflect accurately the money transfers between subsidiaries.

. Monitoring and resolving On Account items on regular basis.

. Uploading and reviewing netting report.

. Performing Forex account booking.

. Follow-up on missing ICO documents.

Balance Sheet Recon - Review / Clearance

. Reconciliation of assigned accounts including ensuring the account is aged if appropriate to reflect risk in the account.

. Investigation and resolution of any reconciling differences on the assigned accounts.

. Entering accounting entries to SAP requested by the subsidiaries in accordance to 3M guidelines.

Financial Reporting -Causal analysis, BS analysis

. Performing general ledger balances review, follow-up on open items.

. Clearing/ matching open items.

Month End Close

. Performing period-end activities.

. Took part in internal and external audits with resolution of audit queries and documentation preparation for SOX controls.

. Assisting with issues or questions from counterparties.

. Intercompany non-PO invoices coding.

. Intercompany non-PO invoices approval.

. Improving and developing internal processes and controls.

. Coordinates and facilitates the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures.

. Other task dedicated by supervisor

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

. Higher Education

. Relevant work experience in Finance / Accounting/ RTR Team

. Previous experience in a similar position

. Accounting knowledge

. SAP system knowledge

. Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)

. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
