Responsibilities & Context
Greet guests warmly as they enter the establishment, providing them with information about available services and facilities.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously. Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and other relevant details.
Assist guests with making reservations, both over the phone and in person. Input reservation details accurately into the system, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests efficiently. Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys as required.
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or management if necessary.
Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, payments, and other relevant information. Update databases and reservation systems regularly to ensure data integrity.
Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed. This may include managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing paperwork, and assisting with special projects.
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. Ensure that promotional materials, brochures, and other guest resources are readily available.
Familiarize yourself with the establishment's policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
