Front Desk Officer

The Position

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Front Desk Officer, to join the Contour Lahore team and undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. The hired person will be the "face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The selected individual will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined and should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Reporting to the Senior HR team member and interacting closely with senior management, the Front Desk Officer shall help administer front desk services for the Lahore office.

Duties and Responsibilities

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)

Greet and welcome guests

Answer questions and address complaints

Responsible for overseeing clerical and administrative tasks.

Answering phone calls and keeping an inventory of office supplies.

Managing files and recording information as needed

Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.

Check, sort, and forward emails

Monitor office expenses and costs

Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)

Assist HR team for scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates.

Education and Experience

Intermediate or more with experience of at least 3-4 years.

Excellent English communication skills

Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
