3D Visualizer - Concord Architects & Interior Decor Ltd.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the lead Architect.
- Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D studio max, S-illustrator design.)
- Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing.
- The visualizer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Restaurant Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, and Stage Design with full working drawings.
- Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or management.
- Regular Site visits to follow up on ongoing projects.
- Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by concerned engineer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
- Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3DS MAX, Illustration, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Layout, Photoshop, SketchUp - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Developer, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Product modeling, Interior detail modeling.
