Executive - Sales (Concord Architects & Interior Decor Ltd.)
Job Responsibilities
- Enrich with sufficient knowledge on interior trends, material specifications and range of prices.
- Find new prospects and sales leads to secure interior design consultancy and execution.
- Visit potential clients on a regular basis and develop rapport with the project in-charges to meet the sales target given by the management.
- Maintain relationships with real estate professionals and buyers for necessary sourcing of leads.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant data sources.
- Working with external clients (e.g. Bank, Insurance, Financial Organizations, Garments)
- Follow up with the clients for necessary coordination within the team for smooth execution.

Branding, Building Materials, Interior Design, lifestyle, Sales & Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
