Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budget, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Requirements Gathering: Identify project requirements from the Planning team, related stakeholders, and end-users.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce their impact.
- Communication: Communicate project progress, status, and issues to Line Manager, team members, and related Stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to project teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and meet technical requirements.
- Responsible for IT-related project design and coordination in DIPL.
- Hands-on experience in IT projects implementation (LAN, WAN)
- Sound administrative expertise in Windows, Linux Server
- Hand-on experience in administration of CISCO, Mikrotik, Fortinet FW
- Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software, and other applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft SQL Server Oracle, etc.
- Knowledge in CCTV, Access Control, Attendance system, and troubleshooting of these devices.
- Ability to identify, Diagnose, and fix the network, hardware, or software faults.
- Managing Laptop, desktop, and server PC backups, in case of data loss.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any IT-related issues.
- Monitoring the network systems with priority.
- Sound knowledge of IT devices and power systems
