Responsibilities & Context

Supervising, Coaching, and Mentoring a team of project and coordination.

Facilitating daily to remove project hurdles, risks, and challenges.

Collaborating with Software Architects, Technology Leaders and all Heads of the Departments within the organization to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Leading and managing end-to-end projects to revamp BCDL ERP following a service-oriented architecture, with a big budget.

Analyzing, Advocating, and Leading the development of a custom-built integrated Project Management Application for Planning, Tracking, and Reporting.

Leading process gap analysis to enhance IT project management by implementing agile practices, and addressing challenges related to adapting to frequent business changes.

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience

At least 5 years
