Job Responsibilities
- Track inventory levels of outlets, CDC and E-Com.
- Generate various kind of sale report weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Study Market research and trends to determine consumer demand
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement price and cost of the product.
- Keep follow up of deliveries and take immediate action in case of late deliveries.
- Make proper distribution plan for the outlets.
- Oversee store management and stock control.
- Analysis the market and potential competitors.
- Efficient stock purchase and supply for better sell.
- Maintain the VM and update according to global VM guideline.
- Plan promotions for campaign.
- Give training to the store managers and sales personnel on product specification and VM.
- Analyze competitors' products and activities/campaigns.
- Generate report on various campaign outcomes.
- Follow up with the stock planning that has been bought yearly.
- Establish representative product line to enable retail channel.
- Range selection and buying based on store grade and band.
- Driving net sales and GP for the channel
- Season wise purchase plan and budget preparation
- Training material arrangement and make training calendar with the help of HR.
- Yearly performance review report generation.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Retail Merchandising
Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Understanding of the Current Fashion Trends
- Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
- Well conversant in MS-Office
- Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to complete given assignments
