Plaza / Showroom Manager- Jamuna Electronics and Automobiles
Job Responsibilities
- Meet the monthly sales targets.
- Schedule and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
- Maintain daily outlet operation.
- Daily reporting to manager.
- Responsible for all transactions (products, financial, and other) for a specific outlet.
- Develop operational strategies to meet quality and customer service expectations.
- Keep the outlet environment clean and attractive.
- Properly maintaining cash and credit sales with a 100% collection record.
- Gather customer feedback and make any necessary operational changes to the outlet.
- Provide sales associates with sales, customer orientation, and merchandising training.
- Schedule a meeting to discuss issues and updates.
- Respond courteously to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and solve problems quickly and accurately.
- Leadership abilities and quality to keep the sales team together.
- Demand forecasting & brand marketing.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electronics Showroom, Retail Operation, Retail Sales, showroom management, Showroom Sales and Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 38 years
