Relationship Manager (Banking)
Job Responsibilities
- Create new Business opportunities for the bank to ensure a profitable portfolio from the lead given by business partners and from own source.
- Meet budget and maximize the Bank's earnings opportunities.
- Prepare credit proposals and manage credit risk and ensure high quality asset.
- Ensure management of the loan portfolio and communicate with business partners under the guidance of SME Head office.
- Ensure a healthy portfolio spread for minimizing the risk associated and optimizing profitability of business.
- Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and Bangladesh Bank policies.
- Help to manage the audit & risk control standards associated with the product & sales of SME Business.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
- A background in customer service or management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
- Ability to work under pressor and communicate with others and lead a team
- Must have knowledge about hospitality and banking
