Assistant Manager - Administration (For Garments Accessories)
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain discipline of the factory of transport team;
- Prepare different types of bills and necessary documents;
- Monitor & checking of delivery vehicle & pool vehicle;
- Checking of millage for pool vehicle & delivery vehicle;
- Ensure logistic & administrative support on time to maximize the productivity;
- Maintain housekeeping activities and wastage as per company policy;
- Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities and security of all the company properties.
- Conduct wastage management selling procedure.
- Co-ordinate with production staff to maintain a good work environment in the factory;
- Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous bodies & other external agencies for smooth business operation;
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin, Administration, Factory HR Administration, Office Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Working experience in admin with large garments/Accessories industry;
- Energetic, confident and proactive.
- Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).
- Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
- The applicant should have at least 2 years' experience in the same position.
